How Cannabis Consult Pro handles website inquiries and personal information.

Information you provide
Our inquiry form asks for your name, email address, service of interest, and a brief overview. You may also provide your organization, phone number, jurisdiction, deadline, and how you found us. The inquiry email includes the submission page, inquiry route, and submission date and time so we can understand and respond to the request.
Please use a general description for an initial inquiry. Do not send confidential case files, medical information, financial account details, or other sensitive personal information through the form. For expert witness matters, discuss fit and potential conflicts before sharing substantive records.
How inquiries are used
Inquiries are delivered to Niles Christodoulidis by email and used to review and respond to requests about consulting or expert witness services. Inquiries are not automatically added to a CRM or marketing mailing list. We do not sell inquiry information.
If you engage Cannabis Consult Pro, the handling of project records and any confidentiality arrangements can be addressed separately as part of the engagement.
Website and service providers
This website uses WordPress and Hostinger hosting. Hosting, email, and website security providers process information needed to operate their services. Technical records may include IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times for delivery, troubleshooting, and security.
Website software and service providers may use cookies for site functions and security. You can manage cookies through your browser settings. External links take you to services with their own privacy practices.
Keeping inquiry records
Inquiries currently remain in the business email system. There is no automatic deletion schedule for inquiry emails. You may contact Niles to request a correction or deletion. We will review the request, including any records needed for an ongoing engagement or applicable legal obligations. Copies may remain in service-provider backups until those backups expire.

Contact niles@cannabisconsultpro.com or call 541-363-6627 with questions or requests about your information. Include enough information to identify the inquiry, without sending additional sensitive documents. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
Website forms and ordinary email are not a secure document exchange. If sensitive records are needed for an engagement, agree on an appropriate way to share them first.
