Niles helped the owners of Treeworks of Massachusetts prepare for licensed cannabis manufacturing operations. He supplied standard operating procedures (SOPs) and advised on building and engineering considerations, equipment purchases, packaging, and product ideas.

Ghost Kitchen: lab setup, technician training, and startup
Niles established a CBD-to-Delta-8 processing laboratory for Ghost Kitchen in Memphis, Tennessee. After the company secured the location, he sourced the equipment, traveled to Memphis, and assembled the laboratory on site.
He supplied standard operating procedures, trained the technicians, and completed the first production batch before handing day-to-day operations over to the company’s team. His involvement carried the project from equipment selection through startup and staff training.

Experience across cannabis and business operations
Niles founded Rebel Roots Farms in 2016, developing its business plan and building its facility. As CEO and founder of Delta Alternatives from 2019 to 2023, his work included SOPs, product lines, packaging, and risk and compliance evaluation.
His earlier experience includes financial advisory work at Merrill Lynch and The SMC Group, plus restaurant operations management. He holds a BBA in Business Finance, summa cum laude, from the University of Memphis. Read his professional background.
